Do you remember Grace's diner?

It’s been over 30 years since Grace Cowan closed the doors on her popular diner in Guelph, Ontario, but the memories for many of her loyal customers are as fresh and warm as Grace’s homemade apple pie. We’ve written a book celebrating Grace’s memory and reproducing some of her most popular recipes.

Since our book launch in May 2018 we’ve sold almost 90% of our first (and only) printing of this little slice of Guelph history. We’ve gone back in time and traced Grace’s journey from when she arrived in Guelph as a teenager to work at a spinning mill, to her heyday as the owner of one of the most popular truckstops in Southern Ontario. And we’ve provided easy steps to recreating Grace’s most popular dishes…think “comfort food”!

There are just a few copies of the book left for sale and once they are gone, they are gone. Order the book online on the contact/order tab
